ClamWin Free Antivirus is an easy-to-use antivirus program. ClamWin has scanning scheduler, virus database updates, context menu integration to MS Windows Explorer and addin to Microsoft Outlook.

However, ClamWin Free Antivirus doesnot have an an on-access real-time scanner. You must scan file manually for detecting a virus. And, a virus-infected attachment will be deleted automatically by Microsoft Outlook Addin.
